Questions, answered
Still have questions? Get in touch with our team — we're here to help and happy to chat about what works best for you.
Can I see your furniture in person?
Absolutely! We have 7 showrooms across Melbourne where you can check out our collections in person: Dandenong, Nunawading, Maribyrnong, Taylors Lakes, Hoppers Crossing, South Wharf and Ballarat. Pop by anytime.
How much does delivery cost?
Melbourne metro delivery starts from around $125, depending on your suburb and the size of your order. We can give you a precise quote once you've chosen what you'd like.
Can I pick up instead of having it delivered?
Of course! You can collect from our Truganina warehouse for free, or from any of our showrooms for $55. Just let us know which works best for you.
Do your pieces arrive assembled?
Most of our furniture arrives fully assembled and ready to go — just unwrap and you're done. We'll let you know if anything needs assembly when you order.
What about delivery outside Melbourne?
No problem! Get in touch with one of our stores and we'll arrange a custom quote for regional delivery. We've got options beyond metro.
